Company: zeroonzero (0on0) ("we," "us," or "our")
Contact Email: zeroonzerostudio@gmail.com
We build custom software, design applications, and run code for clients. To do that without everything breaking, we need to collect a minimal amount of data. We don't sell your personal information to data brokers, and we don't track you across the web to sell targeted ads.
What We Collect and Why
- Contact Information: When you email us at zeroonzerostudio@gmail.com, fill out a project inquiry, or sign a contract, you give us your name, email address, phone number, and company details. We use this strictly to talk to you about your project, invoice you, and fulfill our contract.
- Technical & Usage Data: If you visit our website, our web servers log standard browser data—your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and timestamp. We use this for basic server health, preventing DDoS attacks, and debugging broken site features.
- Client Project Data: During a project, you might give us access to your staging servers, database dumps, API keys, or proprietary user data. We process this material solely to design, build, and test your software. We treat client code bases and internal company data as strictly confidential.
Third-Party Services We Use
We don't build our own payment processors or data centers; we use established infrastructure providers. Your data passes through these third parties only to keep our business running:
- Hosting & Infrastructure: AWS, Vercel, or Render (to host site code and application environments).
- Billing & Accounting: Stripe and QuickBooks (to process payments and send invoices).
- Communication & Project Management: Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion (for client updates, emails, and document sharing).
Each provider handles data under their own privacy policies and security standards.
Data Retention
We keep client emails, contracts, and billing records for as long as required by tax law and active project needs (typically 7 years for financial records). Once a custom software project wraps up and the final invoice clears, we purge client staging databases and local code copies from our dev machines within 90 days, unless you keep us on an active maintenance retainer.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live (like California or the EU under GDPR), you have the right to inspect, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Send an email to zeroonzerostudio@gmail.com with your request; we will verify who you are and process it within 30 days.
